According to outage tracker DownDetector, the outage started at around 5.10pm IST, and s were reporting of problems with the social media platform till about 7pm. The issue seems to have been fixed now. This was the second Twitter glitch in less than 24 hours. Earlier in the day at around 6am IST, there was a much larger global outage.
