OnePlus on Thursday announced its exclusive e-commerce platform for the Indian market. The new official website - oneplusstore.in - will be selling OnePlus accessories via the store, however, while the OnePlus 3 smartphone is listed on the store, s are redirected to buy it via the company's retail partner, Amazon India. The Chinese company believes that the new online store will "improve the availability" of OnePlus products in India. bv
The company in order to make it more rewarding for early ers is offering limited-time offers to its existing s in the country. To avail the offers, s will have to the IMEI details of their smartphones on the OnePlus online store. As we mentioned, while the OnePlus 3 is listed on the new online OnePlus Store, the page redirects s to OnePlus 3 listing at Amazon India. We reached out to the company to clarify if it intends to start selling the OnePlus 3 smartphone via its own store in the future. The company responded by saying it has no plans to sell smartphones from the store as of now, and the new online store is in fact aimed at engaging with the OnePlus community in India by providing "exclusive original merchandise".

To refresh, the OnePlus 3 was launched in India back in June at a price of Rs. 27,999. The company recently started Soft Gold variant which came with the same price tag as the Graphite variant that was launched earlier.
