At the end of the first 18 months, Vodafone will deposit Rs. 900 in your Vodafone M-Pesa wallet, followed by Rs. 1,000 another 18 months later. As for the phone itself, the Micromax Bharat-2 Ultra has a 4-inch WVGA display, powered by Spreadtrum SC9832, 512MB of RAM, and 4GB internal storage. There's a 2-megapixel rear camera, and 0.3-megapixel front camera. The Micromax Vodafone 4G smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

 

Nokia 7 first Chinese flash sale a success
The first flash sale of the new a huge success, according to two reports, with the phone going out of stock in minutes, after e-commerce sites JD.com and Suning reported receiving over 150,000 registrations in total. There's no word on how many units have been sold, though. Pre-registrations for the Nokia 7 had begun immediately after the official launch in China on October 20.

The phone sits between the Nokia 8, given its numbering, and has two variants: 4GB RAM at CNY 2,499 (about Rs. 25,000), and 6GB RAM at CNY 2,699 (about Rs. 26,500). Beyond that, it has a full-HD 5.2-inch IPS display, Snapdragon 630, 64GB internal storage, 16-megapixel f/1.8 rear camera, and 5-megapixel front camera. Like the Nokia 8, the Nokia 7 capable of 'Bothie' pictures, where both sensors simultaneously capture photos to create one image.

OnePlus 5T teaser images leaked
OnePlus 5T have leaked via Android Authority, which put the focus on the minimal bezels around the display. It's also expected to have an 18:9 aspect ratio like most other flagship phones today, and launch sometime in November. Android Authority adds that the OnePlus 5T might have the same chassis as the 5, allowing older accessories to work with the new phone.

The Karbonn Titanium Jumbo has an MRP of Rs. 7,490, though it will have a MOP (market operating price) of Rs. 6,490. The Titanium Jumbo has a 5-inch HD IPS display, 1.3GHz quad-core chip, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB internal storage. As for optics, you get a 13-megapixel rear camera, and an 8-megapixel front camera. It does have for 4G VoLTE.

Next Android update to have more secure DNS requests
Android update, which will encrypt DNS requests to further secure your browsing experience. Usually, DNS requests are made via T/ UDP which allows ISPs to see what websites you visit even if you're using HTTPS. But with TLS, the web address itself would be masked.

It's still not fool-proof, as TLS does not protect the IP address from being communicated. Moreover, not many DNS providers accept requests over TLS. For now, your best bet for privacy is still a VPN then. DNS over TLS will be available under Developer Options in Android 8.1 Oreo.

A new report from App Annie claims that app revenue and s Google Play Store, with India being the "biggest contributor" towards growth on the latter. App Annie noted Reliance Jio's 4G push as a big growth driver. Consumer spending hit nearly $17 billion (about Rs. 110,809 crores) with 28 percent year-on-year growth.
