Starting with the pricing, the HTC Vive will be available for purchase in a number of regions including Australia (US $899), Japan (JPY 111,999), UK (GBP 689), EU (Eur 899), (EUR 899), (EUR 899), and Spain (EUR 899). HTC announced that the pre-order bundle of the HTC Vive will include Fantastic Contraption and Job Simulator apps. In addition, s will also get Google's Tilt Brush. The app is the VR counterpart of an image editing app such as Microsoft Paint. The app would allow you to create illustrations in 3D environment. The bundle is, however, available for a limited time.

Those planning to purchase the HTC Vive should also note that your computer is powerful enough to it. The minimum PC specifications for the HTC Vive include Intel i5-4590 / AMD FX 8350 equivalent or better, Nvidia GeForce GTX 970, AMD Radeon R9 290 equivalent or better, 4GB of RAM, HDMI 1.4a, DisplayPort 1.2 or newer, one USB 2.0 port or better, and Windows 7 SP1 or higher.
