Twitter Gets Voice Messages Feature in India, Brazil, and Japan 4w6x25

Twitter on Wednesday started testing a new voice messaging feature for direct messages (DMs), and it's being rolled out in a phased manner to s in India, Brazil, and Japan. Voice DMs will let s send voice notes as DMs. Just like for voice tweets, each voice DM can be a maximum of 140 seconds long.
