iBall has launched a new Wi-Fi only tablet, the Slide 6531-Q40, priced at Rs. 4,299 (Rs. 4,999 MRP).
The tablet runs Android 4.4 KitKat and features a 7-inch IPS (480x800 pixels) WVGA display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor (unspecified chipset) alongside 512MB of RAM. 66i3d
The iBall Slide 6531-Q40 sports a 2-megapixel rear camera, while it also houses a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The tablet includes 8GB of inbuilt storage that is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).
It packs a 2500mAh battery with the company claiming a standby time of up to 20 days. Apart from Wi-Fi (802.11), the tablet s Bluetooth, Micro-USB and USB OTG (on-the-go) connectivity options.

Earlier this month, iBall Slide WQ149, at Rs. 21,999. The 10-inch tablet by iBall doubles-up as a laptop using the bundled magnetic pogo pin keyboard with an integrated touch-pad.
The iBall Slide WQ149 features a 10.1-inch WXGA (1280x800 pixels) IPS display. Other specifications include a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z3735D (4 cores, 4 threads, burst up to 1.83GHz) processor; 2GB of DDR3 RAM; 5-megapixel rear camera; 2-megapixel front facing camera; 32GB of built-in storage, and expandable storage via microSD card (up to 64 GB).
iBall also offered free 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage for one year, and a one-year subscription to Microsoft Office with the tablet.
