Google, last month released the Android 5.0.2 factory image for Wi-Fi only Nexus 10 tablets.

The new updated build of Android 5.0.1 Lollipop comes with build number LRX22G. The official changelog provided by Google for the LRX22C build to LRX22G build of the Nexus 7 (2012 and 2013) and Nexus 10 Wi-Fi tablets, essentially focuses on performance, apart from dealing with issues related to tune delivery, batching of alarms, storage, boot time and more. 6u5o1s

With the release of Android 5.0.2 factory images for the Nexus Wi-Fi tablets, we can expect that Google will soon announce the availability of the incremental update and a rollout for the factory images for Nexus smartphones as well.

Google last month began the Nexus 5 smartphones in India. The OTA update for the Nexus 4 is sized at around 16.7MB, while the Nexus 5 update is about 13.3MB in size. Android 5.0.1 Lollipop included a number of stability updates, apart from fixes for bugs about which s complained.

Google's Android 5.0 Lollipop, ever since its release in October, has been in the news for all wrong reasons with several reports pointing to multiple bugs in the final release.

Some of the Android 5.0 Lollipop bugs recently reported by s include a two more were reported - one about the broken manual sync button in settings, and other about frequent restart of apps in the background.
