Talking first about the workaround to customise the dedicated button on the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ for Bixby, Reddit Home123 was able to make it work with help from an app called All in one Gestures, XDA Developers pointed out in a report. The process requires s to grant the application, available for free on Google Play, access to modify system settings. This is followed by a set of instructions that you can find on the original post.
