OnePlus 13 will be used for all matches during season 4 of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS). The company has announced that it will be the official smartphone partner and the title sponsor, in partnership with Nodwin Gaming. The OnePlus 13 was launched in India and global markets earlier this year as the company's flagship smartphone for 2025, and the tournament is focused around Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), Krafton's battle royale game for smartphones.
On Thursday, the company announced that the OnePlus 13 will be the official smartphone for the season 4 of the BGMI Masters Series. The offline esports tournament was first conducted in 2022, and Nodwin Gaming has yet to announce when the fourth season will take place in the country.
BGMS has a league stage, and the grand finals stage, which has a considerably large prize pool. Last year, gamers competed for a total of Rs. 1.5 crore. Nodwin's partnership with Star Sports allows the tournament to be telecast live on the TV channel.
The OnePlus 13 was launched in India in January as the company's flagship smartphone, and it is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, and up to 24GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. It is equipped with a 6.82-inch 120Hz LTPO 4.1 OLED screen with up to 4,500nits peak brightness, and Ceramic Guard protection.
It runs on Android 15, with the company's OxygenOS 15 skin, and it is slated to receive four years of Android OS upgrades and up to six years of security updates. The OnePlus 13 has a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup, and a 32-megapixel selfie camera. It has a dual-cell 6,000mAh battery that can be charged at 100W (wired) and 50W (wireless).
