The All New HTC One has been once again teased online, this time via Qualcomm and a new 'Technical Translation' video, just a day ahead of its launch. The teasers are assumed to be the final ones as the smartphone's scheduled launch is a day away, on 25 March 2014. p6k1i
The All New HTC One, aka HTC One 2014, was promoted by Qualcomm via a Twitter post with a reference to the name of smartphone, an image depicting the silhouette of the device, and a tagline for the company's latest SoC.
"Ready to #OneUp your mobile experience? A stylish new #Snapdragon powered device is coming next week," Qualcomm tweeted on Friday.
While the chipset details are yet to be revealed, we assume the smartphone to arrive with one of the new Snapdragon 801 processors, which power the Sony Xperia Z2.
The Taiwanese company, just a day before the launch of its All New HTC One - this points to the release of the Sense 6.0 UI along with the new flagship.
Like its previous three Technical Translation videos, the video starts with a description of existing HTC One features, followed by the a 'bleeped' description of All New HTC One features, accompanied by a musical piece and small hints.
To sum up all the Android 4.4.2 KitKat; a 5-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with full-HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) resolution; latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad-core chipset clocked at 2.26GHz; 2GB of RAM; 4G LTE wireless network ; upper and the lower rear camera modules boasting 4-megapixel and 16-meapixel sensors respectively; 'UltraPixel' technology in the front-facing shooter; maximum expandable storage capacity of 64GB, and four colour variants - Black, Silver, Red and Gold.
HTC has put up a teaser countdown clock on its official site for the unveiling of the successor to the popular HTC One, scheduled on 25 March 2014. The countdown indicates the event will begin at 8:30PM (IST) on 25 March 2014.
